vendy9999 Posted October 30, 2011 Report Share Posted October 30, 2011 please clarify what is the difference between travelling out of US using EAD with advance parole and h1b. i have seen people travelling on h1b, even after getting EAD.. why is that.. wouldnt travelling in EAD makes life easier ? with no need to go through the hassles of visa stamping?
