PERM and I 140 filling

I am in the process of filling for PERM in EB2. I was told that we can expedite the priority date base on spouse's place of Birth. My wife was born in Bahrain and lived there for 15 years before they moved to India. Pls let me know if I mention her place of birth as Bahrain, is it going to get me a higher priority date??
