Documentation required for Employment-Based (EB3) Green Card

Dear all,

Could anyone please let me know the documentation required for Employment-Based (EB3) Green Card.

Also, kindly clarify the below doubt.

I am on deputation (H1B) in USA, from an indian company. As per the company policy, I will not get the Experience Letter, if I resign in USA. So, with the new employer, will I be able to apply for Green Card without the experience letter of the immediate previous company. Is there any way to overcome this problem.
