kp.siva
My Wife's Eb2 PD is 12/17/2007 and my EB2-PD is 2/14/2011 and both of our I-140 Approved and waiting for the date to file I-485. If my wife gets the Date to file her I-485, Can she include me as a Dependent ? She didn't mention me as a dependent while filing her I-140 and I also Didn't include her Name while filing my I40.. Please advice your suggestion and let me know if someone did in the past Thanks Siva. Link to comment
JoeF
A dependent is never "included" on an I-485. If the primary's PD is current, the dependent can file an I-485 himself/herself, based on the I-140 of the primary applicant. Link to comment
