Documents Required for Family Based Green Card

My Brother is an US Citizen. He wants to sponsor GC to my parents.

Now my questions are:

1. What are the documents that my parents have to provide?

2. What are the documents that my brother have to provide?

3. My parents are missing their DOB certificates, Marriage Certificate. What are the documents that we have to provide in place of DOB and Marriage Certifiates(Affidavits). Can anyone please provide the format of the Affidavits?

4. If we submit affidavits, declaring Marriage/Date of Birth, who should sign the affidavit. What are the supporting documents needed.
