I have an approved I-140 and labor from previous eomployer. Can I file I-485 with my current employer or only with previous employer? Please help. What are the options I have? Thanks! Link to comment
JoeF Posted October 8, 2011 Report Share Posted October 8, 2011 The I-140 is specific to the employer. The current employer would have to start the process over from scratch, with new LC and I-140. You can keep the PD from the old I-140, though. Link to comment

You can not use approved I-140 with previous employer to file I-485 with current employer. Link to comment
