Petition to white house to fix for H1B Administrative processing

Hello guys

may be this topic might have been brought on this forum before as someone has already started a petition regarding H1B administrative processing on whitehouse.gov web site.

They wiil review the petition if they reach certain number of signatures. so far around 823 signatures have been received and it needs around 2000 more in order to get it reviewed by white house.

so guys, who ever is stuck in this processing and not happy with the time taken for it can sign it. I have signed the petition and I would encourage you guys to sign it. Here is the link.

alternatively you can go to the website whitehousedotgov --> we the people -->open petition --> filter it by clicking on "immigration" box --> find the topic "fix administrative processing for visa stamping"-->sign up--> signature

I believe they need to work on that and stop playing with our careers.

I am glad that your post got published.. I tried to post this 3 times since last week but unfortunately it was never published. Everyone who has suffered from 221g in past / are current victims of it, please do sign this petition.

I have signed this 10 days back & also sent this link to all my friends here in India who are currently stuck with 221 & to those in US with H1B. One can never predict who gets a 221g in future. So please send this link to as many people as possible to get the # of signs by the deadline.

you need to sign up before you can sign the petition.

there is a "sign up" option beside the signature option..you need to fill up basic information

Each petition should have atleast 25,000 signatures to actually discuss and come up with a solution. So , please forward to all your friends who are stucked in Administrative processing . Also there are other petition for I-140 holders . please review it and sign it.

Unfortunately this petition expired, as it didnt meet the number of signatures..
