221g_processing 0 Report post Posted September 28, 2011 Hi, I am in india right now.I went for H1 stamping in July and got 221g.My H1 is still pending under 221g Administrative processing.While my H1 is in 221g can i apply for H4(My husband is in US on H1).Do i have to withdraw my application before going on H4 or is it ok if i don't withdraw the application and just apply for H4?Please suggest me something.
