preethamdatla Posted September 20, 2011 Report Share Posted September 20, 2011 Hi, My GC became current with the October bulletin,currently my wife is in India and using Advance parole.My first question is will it be a problem if i take the GC for me,i have few of my friends saying it would be a risk if i take my GC and not my wife's GC.Can you please let me know your valuable suggestion on this. The second question is i am planning to go to India in November and if the GC comes after i leave to india will it be a problem when coming back to USA. Link to comment
