regarding h1b urgent reply needed

hello all,please reply my question.i am in US on h1b visa.and my 5th year of h1b going with same company.my labour and i-40 is approved from last one year and my Priority date is april 2009.now i am geting good offer from direct client so my question is:

1).if i transfer or new h1b with direct client then will i get 3 year extension?(with base of 1-40 approved).

2)my direct client will apply my labour after 1 year so can i use same priority dates?

3)if under this one year priority dates comes current then can i file i-485?

please suggest...
