EB2 eligibility

USCIS guidelines for educational equivalencies require a single source foreign degree to be equivalent to a U.S. degree. USCIS currently does not consider a 3 year Bachelor of Science from India to be equivalent to a U.S. BS degree for EB-2 purposes. In addition, USCIS generally does not recognize education unless it was earned at an accredited insitution of higher education.

It would be wise to consult with a competent immigration attorney who has an opportunity to review your documents in order to determine the best strategy for you.
