What is the Eligibility for GC processing- Any minimum experience needed?

Hi,

I have around 2 years 2 months experience in India and 3 Years 2 months experience here in USA working for the same company. I am currently on L1B visa. I have a three years bachelor degree from India. Am I eligible for applying Green Card? If not what are the options that I have to get my Green Card processing begin? Can someone please let me know? Thank you.

Your employer must sponsor you and there be no USCs or LPRs qualified for and wanting your job.

Three year degree can be a big problem for GC when it was not for current visa.
