If it is first time stamping, how early we can get the stamping done and enter into US?? I am already in US and planning to get my stamping done ASAP. Currently on OPT and h1 begins on OCt 1.

Opt2h1 check to see if you eligible i read in forums that changing F1 to H1 is not possible.

If you have stamping visa on your Passport you dont need mexican visa.

I'm in Tijuana now at Hotel Real Del Rio. Submitted couple of documents that the consulate has asked for and waiting for their response. I will be still here on 6th and 7th of SEP as you have mentioned you have interview on.
