How do we know that the Job qualifies for EB2? Should we ask about this to her employer? (I think nowadays the minimum requirements for a Physical Therapist is Masters Degree to enter the profession itself). When she applied for GC under EB3 with previous employer, she hadn't finish Master's that is in 2006. She completed Masters Degree in 2007 and she is now working for a different employer under the same title. So how to proceed now? Link to comment

Did you mean minimum job requirements changed since she joined her employer (current/previous)? In any event if the minimum job requirement is MS and she got the credentials before accepting the position, then her employer can start EB2 PERM process! Link to comment
