katerahul Posted June 18, 2011 Report Share Posted June 18, 2011 I am on L1 expiring on July 2012, I also have an approval H1 petition files by same company which is approved form oct 1 2011. Can my wife travel right now and get the stamping from India in on H4 after October. Or would there be any issue if she was not in US when my visa changed from l1 to h1.
