Perfect plan for GC

Hi everyone,

1. I have my bachelors degree from India

2. Obtained masters degree in USA on F1

3. Worked from some time on h1-b

4. Then changed to F1 and completed my MBA

5. While studying my MBA i worked for xxx on F1 visa for more than 12 months

6. Then changed to H1-b and working on it now.

Q1. My question is Am i eligible for applying green card on EB-1 if i am appointed to some company as a CIO? As I have dual master degrees and some work experience, with some papers presented in india in some top univeristy(IIT)

Q2. If not as a general case i come under EB-2. What is the processing time now a days?

Q3. After getting LC cleared and I-140 approved from company A and according to the requirement if i move to company B, What is the process of transferring my I-140 priority date to company B?

What is the risk involved?

I am planning to start GC this year based on lot of persons experiences and suggestions. I really appreciate your response.

Dual masters and some papers don't make you EB1 material.

And the job requirements determine if a GC application would be EB2 or EB3.

And finally, processing times are online. If you were EB1 material, you would have done some research on that before posting...
