deshaipet
Hi, My employer had applied H1B while I was with client A. Most Recently, I have changed to client B. Now, I am planning to go VISA stamping in India. Should I file for H1B amendment? If I have to file amendment what is the procedure? Is this really mandatory ? Please let me know. Thanks, Pandit Link to comment
221gchennai
Amendment is mandatory. To avoid further trouble, you might want to go with the rule, amend your petition. Link to comment
chicagocsu
Definitely yes. Your employer should file an ammendment apart from applying new LCA. Get it done even if he insist LCA is enough. Link to comment
prajarajyam
It is a mandatory. Other wise, you will be stuck in India. Get it ammended: Filing new LCA and sending new I-129 to USCIS. Link to comment
