yogibear Posted May 10, 2011 Report Share Posted May 10, 2011 My spouse (US Citizen) applied for I-130 for me and application was recvd in USCIS on Jan 12th 2011. Is there a definite time line in respect of potential RFE which could be recvd OR time period within which I-130 is supposed to get approved. Case is lying under Initial Review from day one.
