GC for PhD with Post doc, going to join startup

My husband has a doctorate degree and he has been working as a post doc for past one year with good academic credentials. He is going to join a start up company this year. What process to follow to get a green card at the earliest ? Eb1, EB2 or National Interest Waiver ?
