Joe.F Posted June 1, 2011 Report Share Posted June 1, 2011 The important thing: did you get married before your I-485 was approved? If yes, your spouse can file an I-485 based on your I-140, as long as your PD is current. If not, you'd have to sponsor your spouse in the F2A category, which has a 4 year or so backlog.
