Time to get GC on EB1 with L1A visa in MD

Hi

My husband's employer is filing his GC in the EB1 category. I am on L2 and my husband is on L1A. It would be great if I have the following queries answered.

1. for L1 A managers on EB1 processing category how long would it take to get a Green card in Maryland state.

2. Is it required for the spouse too to apply for a EAD and how long would it take for the EAD applied along with GC to arrive.

3. I heard that the EAD applied separately through post will reach us in 1 mth - 3 mths. would that be the case with EAD through GC as well.

4. If we apply for my EAD separately will there be any hindrance in the GC processing.
