RFE_H1 Posted June 21, 2011 Report Share Posted June 21, 2011 I got RFE on H1b extension.I am civil engineer and they are asking for licence which i don't have.I have not taken the P.E. exam yet. Following is the issue “The proffered position appears to be based on an occupation that may require a license for the individual to fully perform the duties of the occupation. Submit the license or evidence from the appropriate licensing authority that the beneficiary may perform the duties of the position with no license.†What are my options and how should i response.
