RJUSA Posted February 24, 2011 Report Share Posted February 24, 2011 Hi, I am currently with Company A, they just applied H1B extension (Recipt No received by me) via a Normal Process Employer B is also filing my H1B transfer now via premium process. Is there any risk in Transfer success? If Transfer docs are sent by 24Feb2011 by when I may expect the decision? Both Company A & Employer B are top IT consultancy companies. Thanks, Link to comment

I moved to company B, while both the extension and transfer was pending. Now the extension got approved, and for transfer they have raised an RFE stating that I need to provide extension approval docs, chances of getting which is slim, since my ex-employer would not want to share it with me. RJUSA Posted March 8, 2011 Author Report Share Posted March 8, 2011 I recevied RFE for Transfer but my Extention is under Initial Review. Don't have details what more is asked for RFE. My New Employer is telling that RFE details will be received after 1 Week.... Thus waiting.... Link to comment
rainbird Posted March 9, 2011 Report Share Posted March 9, 2011 phew my attorney spoke to them and explained to them i have already moved, and they approved the transfer today. phew after 8 months and 9 days, i am approved, not sure for how long :) Link to comment
