Missing W2

My wife is US Citizen and I am on H1 applying GC through her. In the process of applying the GC, I have to provide the employer details and I have a missing W2 for the month of Jan and Feb for an XYZ employer who didnot provide it to me when I was with him. In the month of March, I changed my H1 to ABC compnay and I have w2 for the rest of the year. Is this really a big deal not having W2 for 2 months with XYZ company and I have everything else up with me. It would be great if someone can respond ASAP as this is driving me nuts!!!!!
