2011 Processing time for EB1C

I have been reading these forums for a while and now is my time to participate.

I will be filing my I140/485 for concurrent filing next week. I will be filing from CA and I think my application will be going to Nebraska Svc Ctr.

What is the kind of processing time that I should expect?

Appreciate your help and suggestions. I will try to keep everyone posted on progress as well.

Your PD is current? if yes you can filed I140 and I485/I765 together

Will take around 6 months. lets talk about 03/30/2011 the day you will send your application.

04/04/2011 you will have I 797C for I 140, I485, I765.

05/04/2011 you will have biometric appointment (fingerprints).

07/04/2011 you will get EAD (Work Permit).

10/04/2011 you will have your green card.

After you apply they have around 90 days to process EAD and around 120 days to process Green Card, But will depend how many application they will received till the dates.

Everything will happen like that IF you don't have any RFE.

Thank you. I am thinking that with the current trend, it is almost natural to anticipate a RFE. Let's see how it goes. I am hoping my attorney knows how to manage the situation.

did you receive any updates, my case was filed and priority date is Jun 6, 2011. Any idea when can I expect biometrics and AP for travel.
