GC Process

Hi

I did Frist MS from US university in Dec 2007. My second MS will be completed in May 2011. I filled H1B and get approval.

1) My employer want to file GC for me. I would like to know that in which category my case will need to file.? EB1, EB2? New to this process so please advice me.

2) what is the step by step approach to get GC ?

I think you need to summon the magical powers of Google and read up on the process. Asking such general questions won't get you far.
