Asylum case now marrying GC holder..please advice!!

I have filed asylum last year and i missed my first two appointments due to medical reasons. Now I have my appointment scheduled with the immigration judge next month. I now planning to get married here with a gc holder(she got gc one year back from her company). My question here is:

1). What status will i be on when I get marries to gc holder. Will I get the GC immediately and also the work permit.

2) Do I need to file the change of Status.

3) What will happen to my asylum application.

Please put some light on these as I am not getting a clear picture of my case.
