goodboyce Posted July 12, 2011 Report Share Posted July 12, 2011 While filing concurrently both I130 and I485 together, do we need to attach multiple G-325A forms for each of the I130 and I485 packages or attaching just one for both of these packages is good? For I130 both sponsor and beneficiary has to fill the G325A form. Again for I485 do we have to attach one more G325A for beneficiary form? Appreciate your guidance. Link to comment
