Reentry Permit processing website

Thank you.

According to I-131 instruction, you either file the application at USCIS Phoenix Lockbox or USCIS Dallas Lockbox.

I went to https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do;jsessionid=bacre0mTyPmC2dgXROVbt.

If I select "Field Office" Phoenix or Dallas, it only lists I-485, N-400 and N600.

If I select "Service Center", it only lists 4 service center: California, Nebraska, Texas and Vermont. I don't see Phoenix or Dallas.

Which which shall I select to check processing time for I-131 for Permanent resident applying for a re-entry permit ? If it is the "Service Center", then which "Service Center" shall I choose for Phoenix lockbox ?

Thank you.

I read the instruction at http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-131instr.pdf, and it says to file either in USCIS Phoenix Lockbox or USCIS Dallas Lockbox.

So, on https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do;jsessionid=bacre0mTyPmC2dgXROVbt, which "Service Center" shall I select ? It only lists 4 service center: California, Nebraska, Texas and Vermont. I don't see Phoenix or Dallas.

Thank you

Yes, I understand there are 2 choices of lockbox.

In this case, it will be filed at the Phoenix lockbox.

The question I have is with the website that you point out : https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do;jsessionid=bacre0mTyPmC2dgXROVbt.

I don't see Phoenix lockbox as 1 of the selection for "Service Center". It only lists 4 service center: California, Nebraska, Texas and Vermont. So, how can I check what they are processing now if I send the ReEntry Permit to the Phoenix Lockbox ?

Thank you.

I found out that the lockbox is not where they will process your application. After they receive your application, they will assign you a case number and tell you where your file is being processed. That's what I want to use to check the status.

Thank you for your help.
