urgent help_what to fill in I-130/Biographic_previous divocree

I was on H1 visa and got married in 2005 in india to greencard holder then came to USA and again did court marriage in 2006 in USA, now got divorced to her and moved back to INDIA.

now i am going to marry USA citizen this year,

my question is (1) " what should i declare in biographic and I-130 application about my previous marriage, it is enought to tell the marriage in India or i have to mention the court marriage that took place USA also"

i got divorced in india, so in usa my divorce information is not updated, and only marriage record will be available.

(2) is it legal to marry in india and get court marriage again done in USA, did i do anything wrong at that time by doing court marriage in USA?
