Family based green card sponsorship for Fathers brother

Hi,

I am a US citizen and I would like to sponsor GC for my dad's brother (chacha). Our family name is one and the same. I would like to know:

1. Is it possible to sponsor such a GC?

2. How long would it take?

3. What are the relevant forms to file?

Please let me know if there is a faster way of getting this done.

No, that is NOT possible.

You could sponsor your father for a GC, and when your father becomes a US citizen, he could sponsor his brother. But all that is probably going to take some 20 years.
