H1B Renewal - Tijuana, Mexico - Urgent

Hi,

Even I'm under the same siituation now, can you help me out. and My case like;

My H1B Visa stamping on passport got expired 24th Sep 2010, but I got a visa extension until 2014 with updated I-94.

Am I eligible for visa stamping in Tijuana, Mexico? Do I need to get a Mexico Visa for a trip? If Yes, how can I get the Mexico Visa? Do the needful!
