I-130, petition denied for mother

Hi,

I-130 was denied for my mother asking to prove the relationship as i didnot have the birth certificate from my birth time. I got my birth certificate after few years with two affidavits.

They say that it is not enough and asked for more proof, which I do not have.

Only option is going through DNA test.

My mother is in India now.

What is the best option for me to bring her here?

should I apply for visitor visa or re-apply I-130 petition with DNA processing?

She will not get a visitor visa. Spend some money and talk to the firm of Murthy or any of your choice about the DNA Possibilities.
