I have started PERM process with my new employer and applied today in EB3 Catageory : EB3 I-140: Approved with Previous Employer. How Many days it is taking to approve EB3 Perm Application now a days. Please post your comments on Processing Times for PERM Link to comment

My job requires BE + 5 years exp yet attorney want us to file for EB3 as the closest job description by O*net may not see 5 years as required exp. Link to comment

Do we get any receipt number like we get for H1 application so that we can add it to our profile on USCIS website and track the status ourselves rather than depending on employer? SameerH1Bworker Posted May 5, 2011 Report Share Posted May 5, 2011 for PERM status tracking, Legally only your employer or lawyer has access thru DOL's website. PERM process has nothing to do with USCIS. Right now DOL is processing PERM filed in March 2011. You can check that current processing months on DOL's website. Link to comment

jimipasa Posted June 2, 2011 Report Share Posted June 2, 2011 Based on the replies people posted for March PERM, the PERM Process is taking anywhere from 55 days to 61 days. The march 30th application was certified on May 25. At this rate, the April processing should start any time this week or next. Good luck guys. Link to comment
