Regarding Adminsitrative processing

Hi guys,

I am working in USA on H1B for the past 3 years and planning to got on vacation to india.At that time i plan to go for h1b stamping in hyderabad. This is my second stamping and my first one expired in sep 2010. I working as FTE for a product company from jull 2010. My attorney cautioned me regarding the delay due administrative processing i may face if i go for visa stamping in india. My earlier employer worked in EVC model. Will that have any effect on my current h1b stamping.

Now i ma in dilemma to go to india or mexico/canada.

Please share your experiences.

@sankardr: I suggest you go prepared for everything. While there are less chances of 221g for FTE's, there is no guarantee that you will be approved on the day of interview. They can also give 221g for security background check with DHS.
