GC Processing Intiate

Hi All,

I'm planning to initiate my GC processing but i'm wondering, does this processing requires client letter and other stuff's like H1B Processing or it has nothing to do with whether you are in the project or not.

YOU can do nothing for GC unless you happen to be a very highly skilled professional. Typically you would have to be sponsored by your employer. Since you talk about "client letter", I would not expect for you to qualify in the "exceptional" categories.

Read the USCIS website to learn the different types of employment based GCs.

If you are not on a project and getting paid, you are out of status and this will present problems if and when you are processed for a GC. If you are not actively employed and paid, go home while you look for a new position.
