ravi_umma Posted August 16, 2011 Report Share Posted August 16, 2011 Hi all, I have sent a withdrawal email 3 weeks to US COnsulate in Hyderabad for the visa interview that I have attended on May 31 2011 because it been more than 2.5 months in admin processing. I still did not get a response from COnsulate whether my application is withdrawn. I would like to take a new visa appointment using my new H1 with a new employer. Can I take a new H1 visa appointment even though my other application is still pending? Thanks! Link to comment
