arvind2526 Posted February 7, 2011 Report Share Posted February 7, 2011 My H1B visa is stamped on 22-Oct-2008 and valid till 24-Jul-2011 from company A. I have not travelled to USA. I got an offer from Company B (Consultant from India).Company B is asking me to travel in B1/B2 visa.When i enter USA he will transfer my H1B visa to company B. Is it possible? My Questions are 1.When I go for B1/B2 visa stamping will my H1B visa get cancelled?. 2.When i enter USA will my H1B visa get transffered?. 3.Do i need to go for H1B stamping after the transfer is done.
