Wife's petition(derivative) received RFE (Birth name is different from documents, we provided a news paper ad dated long back (may be 10-15 years old) but its not enough itseems) My PD is June 2006 EB2 and was current as of May 2011 bulletin[ May 01 2011]. I did not applied during July/Aug 2007. PD: -June 2006 EB2 I485/I765/I131 filed - June 5th 2011. (me and my wife) Service Center: NSC Received Receipts : June 24th 2011 FP Notices received: July 20th 2011 FP's completed: Aug 12th 2011 EAD's/AP's approved: Aug 15th 2011 Received email regarding my GC approval and wife's RFE on: Sep 2nd 2011. We still have to respond for the RFE. primo Posted September 13, 2011 Report Share Posted September 13, 2011 Got an email today that the card production is ordered for my I-485 Category : EB2 Priority Date : Sep-25-2006 Country : India Service Center: Nebraska Service Center I had to call customer service and open an SR by speaking with level 2 officer. since we interfilled to move from EB3 to EB2 in 2008, my case was still with EB3 queue some how.
