I've scheduled my spouse's visa on Sep 23rd, she had F2 rejection once. I'll post the details of how the interview went once it is done, also if anyone is leaving before Sep 23 please post your experience.

My wife got H4 visa yesterday. Questions asked...

How long you have known your husband?

Where is he working?

who is the Client?

Paystubs

have you been to US before?

Where does he stay?

She had F2 rejection once. And my H1 Starts from Oct 1st.

Congratulations and definitely this is good news.

I am also in same boat as you as my wife's F2 rejected twice. And she is going to attend interview at HYD Consulate on SEP,30th for H4 visa..

I have one question, how many paystubs are enough to show them and how many u sent? I have paystubs from Jan but there is inconsistency in the amount in between for 3 months. And my last 3 paystubs are consistent. Are these 3 latest paystubs are enough? Please reply me.

Hi,

My wife is on H4 status with my previous employer.

3 months back i was transfer from my previous employer to my current employer. but that time my current employer not filled for my wife H4 extension because she was in India.

Now she was in US. Still her H4 is on my previous employer. Just 4 days back her visa and I 94 expired (expiry date is 21st Sept 2011).

My employer said he will apply for that because 4 days only after expiry.

Could any one help me that is there any problem for me or my wife or any new suggession if any body face same problem.

I had paystubs for the past 3 years but i've asked her to show last 6 months paystubs only. So i think last 6 paystubs should suffice. As a measure, send her previous paystubs too but ask her to show the last 6 months paystubs, only if they ask for old paystubs let her show them
