k.venkatesh08
One of my relatives is fighting cancer and he is in his last few months as per our doctor. My PD is current for next month and I do plan to visit india if I hear the bad news. During these times, I am not able to think straight on what to do next. If someone has been in this kind of situations before, can you share your experience ? PD 5th Mar 07 EB2 india Wife working on EAD. We do have AP until 6th Sept Link to comment

veni001
As long as you can travel back before AP expiration date ( irrespective of GC approval while away) you should be OK. Link to comment
Worker11
If you have Advance Parole (Travel Document) card and if it is valid you may travel everywhere and remain in your current status. If you do not have the said document, you should hold on with your travel plans, even if you are from EU and have EU passport. Link to comment
