I returned to India in June 2011. My visa expired in July 2011. Now my company wants me to process my L visa again. I do work in managerial capacity. I intend tO file for greencard when I next go to US. My question - do I need to spend 1 year outside of US ( from June 2011 to June 2012 ) for meeting the requirements for filing greencard under EB1 category? Link to comment
