rphgc76 Posted October 19, 2011 Report Share Posted October 19, 2011 Hi, My PERM filed on 25 Aug 2011 , EB2 Category. My current H1B/I94 is expiring on 14 Nov 2011. Based on my outside stay my 6 year h1b maxout date is 14 Dec 2011. My company is planning to file H1B extension for this 1 month to recapture outside stay. Is this a good idea , please suggest. If my company applies for this 1 month extension before 14 Nov am I eligible to stay beyond 14 Nov. Thanks in advance for your suggestion. Link to comment

My attorney called me today (11/15/2011) that she got mail from labor dep. and I was approved. She told me that she didn't get any email. but suddenly we got mail... Good luck to everyone...
