CanadaUs Posted June 27, 2011 Report Share Posted June 27, 2011 My wife went for H4 stamping and got a 221g letter and consequently ND Consulate sent back the I-129 to USCIS for review. Now my Priority dates are current and I want to travel outside country on Advanced Parole, do you think that will create problem for me while coming back at port of entry as my H1 is under review by USCIS Link to comment
Shurap1 Posted June 27, 2011 Report Share Posted June 27, 2011 Most likely YES as at port of entry you will be taken for secondary inspection where they try to find out any reason for which you can be inadmissible to US. They have ALL the information right from your first job. So I would be careful on traveling out on Parole at this moment esp. when PD is current. Link to comment
