please suggest me under h4 visa

Hi,i am going by very confuse stage.my h4 was refused and my husband petition was sent back to uscis.but its 4 month completed but no update on uscis website and no letter to employer.employer called to PIMS and got reply petiton is exist in record as regular no revoke.now employer saying to re appear for h4 interview agian with same petiton.my husband is working in USA.im very confuse that is if i will got again with same petiton then is there any chance to get h4?please reply

If the deficiencies in the documentation are not addressed you will be rejected again. The only way is to have the Employer file a H1 petition again and make sure the paperwork is consistent. Alternately tell your spouse to get a new H1 sponsor.
