gopihears Posted September 6, 2011 Report Share Posted September 6, 2011 Hi, I filed for a GC in EB3 in 2007 with a pre approved labour of 2004 date. 1. My I140 was approved and i also got a EAD and AP in 2007. 2. My I485 is pending approval. I came to India in 2010 and then changed the company, my new company is planning to file a new L1 for me and send me to US. I wanted to find out if i can continue my previous GC processing with the new company. Alternately my previous company also wants me to return to their company, so not sure if i can continue my GC processing. Link to comment
