Receipt Date - July 22

Fed up of waiting.. Converted to premium on 12/14.

Got approved both I 129 and I 539 on 12/19..

1st H1B extn.. still got only for 1 yr.. instead of 3 yrs..

something is better than nothing.. :-)

Till 12/14 it was showing "Intial Review", after PP upgrade, it went back to "Acceptance" with same Receipt Number. Attorney sent a mail on 12/19 saying it was approved for 1 yr. USCIS site got updated only today..

Hope this helps..Gud luck for those still waiting..

Not sure what's wrong with VSC. No updates on UCSICS website for Vermont Service Center. I think I wont be getting any decision before 2nd week next year.

Due to family urgency I am planning this to covert it to Premium Process. Is it risky to convert PP after RFE, please give your thoughts.

Did you convert to Premium ? I'm also in the same RFE situation. I'm not sure whthere convetring to premius will invoke more RFE. My company is not recommending Premium at this stage
