sameer24p Posted November 23, 2011 Report Share Posted November 23, 2011 I contacted my attorney and he mentioned that the VSC has started processing August cases. The attorney also mentioned that an application from the last week of Aug has been processed and got approval. This goes in line with one of the posts from the H1-B Regular Processing - VSC August, where someone with Aug 12 receipt date got approved. Link to comment
