anilmurthy
Experts, My situation: I-140 approved. H1-B six years end date is in June. Now, I want to transfer the H1-B to a new employer. My company attorney says that the I-140 receipt or approval cannot be given to me, since it is company's petition. How can I transfer the H1-B to a different company based on Approved I-140. What document can I show? I've signed the PERM copy and sent it to the attorney. I dont have a copy. Please help. Link to comment
saveusa
You don't need I-140 for H1B beyond 6 years but labor. Link to comment
