anush81 Posted July 14, 2011 Report Share Posted July 14, 2011 Hello, My husband's priority date will be current on August 1st. His I-485 has been applied and he is on EAD. However, I do not have an EAD since we got married after that. The lawyer told us that my application will be amended to his application now. Considering that my application will also be filed with his in august, what would be the next steps and when can we expect to get our green cards? I will really appreciate any help in this matter!
